Privacy notice
This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill in our quote form, we ask for your name and phone number, and you can also give us your email address and, for business moves, your company name. We also ask for the addresses you're moving from and to, your preferred date, and details about what needs moving. We only use this to put together a quote and get in touch with you about your move, by phone or by email if you've given us an address.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit the quote form, it's passed through our form-handling service (hosted on Cloudflare) and emailed straight to our inbox through an email delivery provider (Resend). We don't keep a database of enquiries on this website; they land in our email, and a temporary backup copy may be held for up to 90 days so that an enquiry isn't lost if an email fails.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your move and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you get back in touch. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just let us know and we'll sort it.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy as well as this one. We use it the same way as any other enquiry, to talk through your move and arrange a quote.
Website analytics
We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool called Umami to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't store anything that identifies you personally, which is why you won't see a cookie banner here.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. If you'd like to do any of these, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information.
